Heating element installation position

All around (using high-temperature alloy resistance strips, the surface temperature of molybdenum can reach 1380 degrees, and the bottom uses equal-diameter silicon carbon rods protected by ceramic plates).

The surrounding area is made of six layers of high-temperature alloy resistance bands, M-shaped, and the size of the furnace wire each time is: height 250*thickness 2.5*width 30mm, 30kw per layer. There are 6 silicon carbon rods at the bottom, each with 15kw.

Heating rate

The heating rate can be freely adjusted, the adjustment range is: the fastest heating rate is 15 degrees per minute (15 degrees/min), the slowest heating rate is 1 degree per hour (1 degree/h)

Heating element

Using high temperature alloy resistance belt, the surface temperature of molybdenum can reach 1380 degrees.

Furnace body

The furnace body is processed by CNC machine tools, and is made by polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, spraying plastic powder, high-temperature baking, etc. It is double-colored, with a novel and beautiful appearance, and has the advantages of anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning. The upper and lower parts can be separated.

Liner

The inner tank is sealed and made of 316L stainless steel (prepared by the customer).

Refractory Materials

The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina polylight material. Lightweight hollow spherical alumina plates are used for easy-to-touch locations (furnace mouth and furnace bottom) for taking and placing materials. They have high operating temperatures, low heat storage, are resistant to rapid heating and cooling, do not crack, do not drop slag, and have good thermal insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 80% of that of the old electric furnace).

Furnace shell temperature

Long-term use without stopping the furnace, the shell temperature is less than 55 degrees

Protection (provided by the customer)

It adopts integrated module control unit with accurate control precision, and is designed with dual-circuit control and dual-circuit protection, with protections such as overshoot, overshoot, undershoot, segment pair, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start.

Control (customer-provided)

Adopting closed-loop technology, thyristor module trigger control, phase-shift trigger control or zero-crossing trigger mode, the output voltage, current or power is continuously adjustable, with constant voltage, constant current or constant power characteristics; the current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a sudden load is added or the load current exceeds the current limit value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited to the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and voltage regulator; at the same time, the voltage loop is also involved in the regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited to the rated current range, and the output current and voltage are maintained constant under the premise of sufficient adjustment margin; thereby protecting the heating elements from excessive current and voltage shocks, and achieving safe and reliable control effects and control accuracy. Warranty scope and duration

The electric furnace is under warranty for one year, but the heating element is not under warranty.
